2016-present
Borzell & Norbury has been working with the Radnor Township Civic Association (RTCA).  Located on Highland Avenue in Wayne it is one of the oldest community centers on the Main Line.  This was a very large project and many tireless hours were spend rehabbing this old building.  We ran new soil pipe and water service from the street into the building.  All new water and waste lines were run throughout the  building.  A new larger bathroom on lower level and kitchen and new ADA powder room on the main floor were installed.  Scott worked with a local vendor, Grove Supply, in Wayne to have a new steam boiler donated for the project.  Once delivered the new steam boiler was installed in the basement and placed in operation.

2010-2011
Borzell & Norbury worked with The Radnor Conservancy with updates to the Willows Park.  We piped many hydrants from a gravity tank to irrigate the garden adjacent to the mansion and completed the installation of a new kitchen prep area and bathroom in the old guest house.  Old cast iron soil pipe and galvanized water lines were replaced as well.  The farm plots have been used extensively by local residents.
